Registration Instructions
When you arrive at the Marriott, please check in to your room at the hotel's main reception desk. Check-in for the VIBE conference itself will be done separately at the VIBE registration booth downstairs, near the Imperial Ballroom.
Check in/out times
Check in at the Marriott is 3PM; check out is at 12 noon. If you are coming with very young children and need a room for your family to gather in and rest after check out time on Saturday, we suggest that you sign up for an additional night's stay, which is $114 per room, including tax. To do so, please email stephen.bay@newsong.net by 11:59PM on Thursday, June 26th; after that, please inform someone at the VIBE registration booth.
Saturday Dinner @ the VIBE
Dinner on Saturday is included in your VIBE registration and will be held banquet-style in the Imperial Ballroom. Please note that this is the only meal that's included during the conference. A list of nearby places to eat will be provided in your conference folder.
Optional Sunday Service
The VIBE conference ends on Saturday night, but on Sunday morning, Newsong LA will host Tony Campolo for their free Sunday services at the Marriott at 10:30AM. If you're attending VIBE and would like to stay for these services but live a good distance from the Marriott, you might want to consider adding an additional night's stay for $114 per room. To register for this, please inform someone at the VIBE registration booth.
Things to bring
To enjoy the VIBE conference to its fullest, you may want to remember to bring a Bible, a journal, a pen, a swimsuit, and pocket change for parking, coffee from Starbucks (located in the Marriott lobby), snacks, etc.
Breakout Sessions
Every effort has been made to give you your first and second choices of breakout sessions. However, in the event that there were scheduling conflicts, you may have been assigned your third choice instead of the second.

Personal Prayer Appointments
Would you like to receive healing prayer to help unload some burdens and heal old wounds? Trained prayer team members, who promise a safe environment and complete confidentiality, are available for personal prayer appointments. To schedule an appointment, please stop by the prayer table in the foyer and sign up. Spaces are limited!
Parking
The Marriott is offering discounted parking for Friday and Saturday (the entire duration of the conference) at $10 with in and out privileges. Please be sure to get your validation sticker before you leave.
Parking for the optional Sunday service is free! Please make sure to get your parking ticket validated for Sunday, too, as this is separate from the Friday-Saturday fee.
