Is there an advantage for me to register early?
Yes! Not only will you save by registering for the Early Bird rate, which ends on May 15th, but you will also be more likely to get your choice of breakout sessions, which are on a first come, first served basis.

Is there a commuter option that does not include a stay at the LAX Marriott?
Due to the way venues charge us for facility usage, we would have to charge the same registration rate whether it includes a hotel stay or not; therefore, weˇ¦re only offering options that include a one-night stay. In addition, the VIBE conference is like our annual family reunion with people attending from NewSong sites worldwide, so we encourage everyone to connect with one another at the Marriott after the sessions are over. Hanging out at night in the hallways, restaurants, and Marriott lobby Starbucks is part of the whole VIBE experience!
Does the conference provide childcare?
We encourage families to attend the VIBE conference together, so for the first time ever, childrenˇ¦s programming will be provided during general sessions (but not during breakout sessions) to children in 5th grade and under.
Will there be CDs of the breakout/general sessions?
Yes. CDs of individual sessions will be available. A special package rate for purchasing all of the sessions will also be available. Orders and payment will be accepted at the conference- please refer to the CD Order Form, which will be located in the folder given to you at the conference.
Can I register at the conference?

My family wants to attend the VIBE conference together, but my children are all older than 6th grade and I see no options for us under the family rates. How do we register?
The family rates for VIBE were created to encourage families with very young children to attend, as they often miss out on certain events due to a lack of child care. These family rates apply only to those with children 5th grade and under, so anyone 6th grade and above should register as an adult—just note the names of all family members whom you’d like sharing one room in the comment box.
For example,
* 2 parents and 1 child aged 6th grade and above should register 3 adults at triple occupancy rates to share one room.
* Two parents with 2 children older than 6th grade age should register 4 adults at quad occupancy rates to share one room.
* One parent with 1 child who is 6th grade and above should register 2 adults at double occupancy to share one room.
* Two parents with 1 child aged below 5th grade and another child aged above 6th grade could register for the “2 parent and 1 child” family rate, then pay for an additional adult registration to cover the child who is older than 6th grade age. Just remember to note in the comment box all the names of those whom you’d like sharing your room.
My husband and I would like to sign up together under the family rate and it only lets us select one set of breakout sessions. Do we both have to attend the same breakout sessions?
No, just note your spouse’s selections in the comment box.
How much is parking?
Parking for the VIBE conference will be $10 for both Friday and Saturday, with in and out privileges. Be sure to get your parking sticker when you pick up your VIBE registration packet. Parking for the Newsong LA Sunday Services with Tony Campolo is free! Just make sure to get your Sunday parking ticket validated.
What time do we need to check out of our rooms?
Check-out is at 12 noon on Saturday. If you'll be attending the conference with young children, we suggest that you sign up for an extra night and check out on Sunday morning so that you'll have a room available for the entire duration of the conference.
